Phil's Barbeque
If you ever want to wear a plastic bib, and eat like a carnivore, Phil's is the place for you! So...the wait was long and it was noisy, but it was so worth it! We went with some good friends Paul and Lindsey Ellis. I must say I was super impressed it was the only time I have ever enjoyed a rack of ribs! It was cooked to perfection. The meat was super moist as it literally fell off the bone and it was slathered with sweet, smoky barbeque sauce...what a tasty treat!

This is one of our favorite places! We go all the time -- a must when the Hammonds are in town, too! It's sooo good.
And I always ask for extra sauce, take it home, and put it in the crock pot with chicken. It's so good!!
